Spicy Banana Fry recipe in andhra style

Cooking Time - 30 to 35 minutes
Main Ingredients required to make Spicy banana fry recipe
Ripe Bananas - 3 medium (300 to 400 grams) and remove the
peels from bananas
Onions - 2 medium
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 3 , cut vertically slices
Tumeric powder - 1/5 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder (Dhania powder ) - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/3 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - few for garnish
Curry leaves - few
Making of Banana Fry
:
Step 1: Wash raw bananas well, and peel the bananas and cut in the round
shape, kept aside.
Step 2: Take low bottomed vessel and heat oil in that pan,
once oil is heat then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds , curry leaves and green
chillies and red chillies and wait for 3 to 5 minutes with low heat.
Step 3: Then add banana slices and tossing frequently and add some salt and wait for 10-12 minutes
with medium flame and tossing frequently.
Step 4: Then add Red chilli powder , coriander powder, garam
masala powder and coconut powder and wait for 5 minutes with medium flame and
tossing .
Then tasty Banana fry recipe is ready to eat, then serve it
to rice or chapati or pulka or parata.
