Bendakaya Vepudu Recipe or Bendakaya Fry Recipe
This is Andhra Style Okra fry Recipe
Main Ingredients required to bendakaya fry recipe:

Lady's Fingers (Bendakaya, Okra) - 600 grams
oil -  8 tbsp
Onion - 2 nos
cumin seeds  - 1/2 tbsp
Green Chillies - 5
Ground nuts - 4 tbsp
Red Chilli powder- 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder ( Dhania powder) - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tbsp
Tumeric powder - 1/5 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves  -  1 sprig

Preparation of spicy andhra Bendakaya Fry :

1. Take Onions, Green chilli and cut into small pieces kept aside.
2. Take Bendakaya(Lady fingers) cut into small pieces kept aside.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and add oil to it , oil is hot then add Curry leaves,cumin seeds and Green chillies slices .
4. Then add Ground nuts wait for 2- 3 min , also add onion slices wait for 2 - 4 min with medium flame.
5. Then add lady finger pieces , add some salt to it . wait for lady finger pieces can be feel it dry.
6.  Reduce the flame add Red Chilli powder, Dhania powder, Garam masala powder to lady fingers fry. Then Curry is totally dry .
Then your favorite dish lady fingers fry is ready.
You can serve to hot rice.

Spicy Banana Fry recipe in andhra style

Preparation Time -  10 minutes
Cooking Time - 30 to 35 minutes
Main Ingredients required to make Spicy banana fry recipe
Ripe Bananas - 3 medium (300 to 400 grams) and remove the peels from bananas
Onions - 2 medium
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 3 , cut vertically slices
Tumeric powder - 1/5 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder (Dhania powder ) - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/3 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - few for garnish
Curry leaves - few
Making of Banana Fry :
Step 1: Wash raw bananas  well, and peel the bananas and cut in the round shape, kept aside.
Step 2: Take low bottomed vessel and heat oil in that pan, once oil is heat then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds , curry leaves and green chillies and red chillies and wait for 3 to 5 minutes with low heat.
Step 3: Then add banana slices and tossing frequently  and add some salt and wait for 10-12 minutes with medium flame and tossing frequently.
Step 4: Then add Red chilli powder , coriander powder, garam masala powder and coconut powder and wait for 5 minutes with medium flame and tossing .

Then tasty Banana fry recipe is ready to eat, then serve it to rice or chapati or pulka or parata.

Bitter gourd Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
Bitter gourd(Kakara kayalu) - 500 grams (peel the Bitter gourd and cut into round )
Oil to deep fry
Red chillies - 3
Green chillies - 5 (sliced )
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Tumeric powder - 1/5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coconut powder - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 3 slices
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - few
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
groundnut(Peanuts) - 3 tbsp
Onions - 2 Medium (sliced)

Preparation method Of Bitter gourd fry recipe:

Step 1 :
In a Mixing bowl take bitter gourd slices and salt , Do this 2 or 3 times and kept aside.
Step 2:
Now Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds , mustard seeds, green chillies slices, red chillies and finally groundnut or peanuts and cook for 2 min with medium flame.
Step 3:
Then add Bitter gourd slices Mix well , and cook 10 to 15 min with medium flame until it gets golden brown color.
Step 4: Add Red chilli powder , Coriander powder , Coconut powder and mix well keep on medium flame.

Serve with rice  , it can be dal combination or with pappucharu and also curd rice.

Tomato Rice Recipe


 

How to Prepare Tomato Rice Recipe

 

Preparation Time - 10 mins(minimum)

Cooking Time - 25 mins(minimum)

Ingredients Required

Oil  -  5 tbsp

Basmati Rice - 2 Cups

Tomatoes - 

Green chilliess - 

Onions - 2  (medium)

Chilli Powder - As Required

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Garlic - 4 slices

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Coriander leaves - 

Salt  -  as per Required


Preparation Method

Soak Rice for 15 mins , remove water completely and kept aside.

Take Tomotoes and Onions , Cut small pieces and kept aside.

Take a bowl , heat oil in the bowl, add ghee, leaf, garlic pieces. Fry for a few seconds and then add sliced onions.

wait for onions become slightly golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and wait another few more minutes.

Then add tomoto slices, tumeric powder, chilli powder,green chillies , salt and garam masala powder.

Add  4 cups of water and wait for water become hot.

After water can be heated then add rice to that bowl . wait for 20 min.

If you are using rice cooker, then transfer to the contents to a rice cooker, switch on and  wait for Tomoto Rice is cooked.

if you are using pressure cooker, then transfer to pressure cooker wait for  3 whistles Tomoto Rice is cooked.

Then tasty Tomoto Rice ready...

Ingredients:

NatuKodi Chicken
 ½ Kg
Ginger Paste
2 Tbsp
Green Chillies
10
Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp
Coconut Powder
1 Small Cup
Salt
As Required
Oil
As Required
Tomato
4 Nos
Onions
2 Nos
Coriander Powder
3 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder
1 ½ Tbsp
Curry leaves

Chicken masala powder
2 Tbsp


Preparation Method:

   Onions and Tomato are cut into small Pieces and kept aside.Take bowl and boil chicken without adding water after and add salt as required, after 8 min add Ginger and Garlic Paste, it can be kept aside. If any water remove it. Take another bowl and Take 4 Tbsp of oil and add green chilies pieces and onions after 2 min add Tomato pieces. Add 1 Tbsp of Ginger and Garlic Paste. After 5 min add boiled Chicken, Red Chili powder and Coriander powder, kept it low flame wait for 3 min.




     Then your favorite NatuKodi Chicken Fry Ready 

     You can dish NatuKodi Fry Chapati or Rice . it Can be very very Taste ... Try it

Potato Roast Recipe:


Preparation time: 15 min
Cook time: 12 min

Main Ingredients: potato
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3, large, washed, peeled and cubed
Green chilies - 2, slit length wise
Rice flour - 1 1/2 tbsps
Oil - 2 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp,finely chopped
Method:
Pour three cups of water in the cooker. Place washed potatoes in another vessel and place in the cooker or any bowl.Place the pressure cooker lid and cook on high flame up to 2 whistles. 
Cook on simmer for 6-9 mts. Turn off heat. Allow the pressure to reduce and open lid. 
Cool, peel and cube the potatoes.
Place the cubed potatoes in a bowl, add the rice flour and toss to coat well. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed vessel, add the Onions and cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Reduce flame to low, add In a small bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and saunf powder. spice powder mix and stir so that they mix in the oil, just a few seconds. Do not burn the spice powders.
Immediately, place the potato cubes that have been been tossed in rice flour. Stir to mix with the spice mix.
Cook on a low flame until the potatoes form a crisp exterior, approx 8-10 mts. Stir once in a while.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Now Ready Hot Potato Roast recipe.
